The hotel had no festive atmosphere, no decorations, or even a holiday greeting. the stay was lackluster and did not meet my expectations for a holiday stay.

The hotel is located near 2 metro lines. Clean rooms and polite personnel. Decent price for what you get. Despite of the lack of air conditioner, the rooms are cool. There was small refrigerator in the room.

The Internet is terrible, especially in the evening. The shower is placed in the bathtub in the most dangerous way I have ever seen. The hotel is located in a small street but it is too noisy. There was no safety box in the room as it was described.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel's breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options and a cozy breakfast area. the hotel's location was very convenient being close to transport links and within easy reach to the city's attractions.

The hotel's outdated decor, which didn't reflect the photos on the website. the hotel lacked leisure facilities like a gym or pool.

The coffee cups they provided weren't clean. Soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty when I checked in.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the clean rooms, polite staff, great location to the main attractions, and easy access to transportation. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and despite the lack of air conditioning, they stayed cool. The hotel is conveniently located near 2 metro lines, making it easy to explore all areas of this city. We also loved that there were small eatery shops nearby, perfect for grabbing a quick bite to eat.
